Our remodeling process includes the following key steps:

• Meet with Yingst Homes' remodeling manager to discuss a remodel design and budget considerations.
  
  
• Establish details relevant to your proposed plan and arrive at an estimated price.
  
  
• The final drawing is completed, a final price is established and the contract is signed.
  
  
• The customer secures financing and Yingst Homes applies for a building permit.
  
  
• Meet with the Yingst Homes design coordinator to review construction specifications and make selections for the interior and/or exterior of your home.
  
  
• Construction begins and proceeds to completion.
  
  
• The remodeling manager presents the Yingst Homes warranty and service policy at settlement. Our goal is that all your expectations are met and your questions are answered.
